軽く水洗いし、きくらげが完全に浸かる量のぬるま湯に約15～30分程度浸けて戻します。熱湯で30秒程湯通しし、きくらげのお刺身・酢の物・天ぷらにしてもおいしく召し上がれます。
・戻すと10倍に膨らみます。
