嬬恋村で有機栽培により育てたハックルベリーを完全完熟にしてから収穫し、砂糖36％でジャムに仕上げました。糖度は45度の低糖です。

ハックルベリーはブルーベリーに似た果実ですが、アントシアニンがブルーベリーの7倍、ビタミンB1はブルーベリーの3倍、ビタミンA1はブルーベリーの5倍、その他にもβカロテンも豊富に含まれています。
