花豆は、標高の高い寒冷地でないと実がつきにくい植物です。
浅間山の裾野に広がる標高約1,300ｍの高地で育てた嬬恋村の花豆は
長径3cmほどにもなり、一粒、一粒ていねいに手作業で選別しています。

しっとり甘く仕上がった大粒の甘露煮は、お茶請けはもちろん、おせちの煮豆としてもぴったりです。
